Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional expansion within our commercial logistics division and are seeking highly motivated, target-driven professionals to fill the roles of Sales Executive and Sales Coordinator in Dubai. Operating as essential client links and back-office engine rooms within our trade unit, these full-time positions focus on accelerating cargo volume growth, auditing shipping files, and streamline client communication loops under our comprehensive network management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, secure, and develop new B2B commercial opportunities within the regional freight forwarding and ocean cargo logistics market.
  • Maintain, service, and strengthen existing corporate client accounts to ensure multi-year contract renewals and customer loyalty.
  • Support trade operations by coordinating complex shipments, monitoring bill of lading documentation streams, and tracking specific customer requirements.
  • Analyze global maritime trends, evaluate trade lane pricing, and contribute to internal strategic sales planning metrics.
  • Communicate proactively with internal logistics managers, terminal personnel, and external corporate clients to achieve smooth cargo movements.
  • Prepare structured freight reports, clear transport quotations, and systematic commercial follow-ups in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets and volume budgets to accelerate the overarching growth of the company.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or accredited Diploma in Business Administration, International Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent commercial discipline.
  • Prior successful professional experience or operational familiarity working in a sales or administrative coordination role within the logistics, shipping, or multi-modal transport sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational planning and multitasking capabilities, paired with a practical, field-ready, hands-on approach to administrative tasks (vital for the Sales Coordinator track).
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, tariff tables, and active client pipelines inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with sharp commercial negotiation capabilities and highly polished interpersonal qualities.
  • A results-driven professional mindset with a proactive, positive attitude and a proven ability to manage client requirements inside a fast-paced environment.
