Job Description:
We are executing an urgent academic appointment within our foundational learning division and are seeking a dedicated, highly qualified Primary Arabic Teacher to govern primary language instruction and direct classroom development pathways in Dubai. Operating as an essential pedagogical anchor and language specialist within our core faculty, this full-time role focuses on accelerating pupil literacy benchmarks, auditing lesson design metrics, and maximizing student engagement under our comprehensive school management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-fidelity, and effective Arabic language lessons specifically tailored for primary-level students.
- Develop structured, interactive lesson plans completely aligned with the approved school curriculum and student learning objectives.
- Maintain strong classroom management and enforce a disciplined, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
- Assess student academic performance systematically, record grading metrics, and provide constructive feedback for targeted improvement.
- Support young learners in accelerating their foundational reading, creative writing, and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
- Collaborate closely with grade coordinators, school staff, and academic supervisors to enhance overall school performance.
- Participate actively in extra-curricular school activities, professional learning communities, and parental feedback sessions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language or Literature combined with a formal Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), OR a Master’s Degree specializing in Arabic linguistics/pedagogy.
- A valid UAE educational certificate equivalency from the Ministry of Education is mandatory for this appointment.
- Prior Teacher Licensing System (TLS) certification or active progression through the local licensing path is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of successful, verified professional experience teaching primary-level Arabic within an organized school framework.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, academic mark sheets, and pupil progress logs inside Microsoft Excel.
- Strong command of the Arabic language, deep subject matter expertise, and excellent classroom management strategies.
- Applicants must be currently based within the United Arab Emirates and prepared for immediate professional joining.
