Job Description:
We are executing a strategic corporate expansion within our fiscal management division and are seeking a motivated, forward-thinking Finance Executive to govern financial intelligence pipelines and direct data analysis pathways in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, evaluate, and systematically analyze monthly corporate financial reports while identifying underlying performance trends, cost patterns, and key business insights.
- Go deep beyond standard ledger entries by evaluating operational data streams and proactively suggesting structural improvements to maximize profit margins.
- Support executive decision-making pathways by providing clear, data-backed, and actionable financial intelligence to department heads.
- Assist actively in refining corporate financial processes, improving ledger reporting accuracy, and accelerating closing cycle efficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to understand evolving business unit needs and align long-term financial strategies.
- Contribute key quantitative projections to corporate budgeting, mid-term forecasting, and strategic financial planning activities.
- Ensure absolute integrity across all recorded transaction records, tracking variances against historical operational performance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent accredited commercial discipline.
- A strong, demonstrated analytical mindset combined with sharp attention to mathematical detail and structural data integrity.
- Proven ability to interpret complex financial datasets, isolate operational variances, and present meaningful data insights to corporate stakeholders.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying advanced formulas, financial models, and variance analysis tables inside Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding interpersonal capabilities, and a collaborative team-focused approach.
