Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our assurance division and are seeking a qualified, highly analytical Senior Auditor (Chartered Accountant) to govern complex audit engagements and direct corporate compliance frameworks in Abu Dhabi. Operating as an essential technical leader and quality anchor within our public accounting unit, this full-time role focuses on accelerating field execution metrics, auditing corporate reporting risks, and implementing absolute International Standards on Auditing (ISA) under our integrated financial management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute statutory, internal, and specialized corporate audit assignments with high fidelity and in strict accordance with IFRS and ISA standards.
  • Evaluate client internal control systems, isolate structural or operational risks, and recommend practical, cost-effective corporate improvements.
  • Review, audit, and systematically analyze complex corporate financial statements to ensure complete mathematical accuracy, data integrity, and total regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate directly with client leadership and senior internal stakeholders to address critical audit findings, resolve ledger discrepancies, and present formal assurance reports.
  • Supervise, mentor, and guide junior audit staff members, performing thorough quality checks on their working papers and trial balance reconciliations.
  • Govern multiple audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring all fieldwork and technical disclosures are finalized within tight deadlines.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Valid professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent globally recognized public accountancy qualification) is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful, verified post-qualification professional experience managing corporate audit pipelines within the UAE or Indian corporate sectors.
  • Deep, comprehensive understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying complex audit formulas, consolidation sheet matrices, and analytical reviews inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, sharp problem-solving capabilities, and highly polished verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead field teams, manage diverse corporate client portfolios, and execute high-precision data checks under demanding professional timelines.
