Job Description:

We are executing a strategic corporate expansion within our regional development division and are seeking a skilled, proactive Market Manager to govern international business pipelines and direct B2B travel growth across our European market segment in Dubai. Moving far beyond basic client servicing, this full-time role focuses on accelerating market penetration, auditing distribution channel metrics, and maximizing profit and loss outcomes under our comprehensive business management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive market acquisition strategies aimed at expanding the company’s corporate presence across key European territories.
  • Establish, scale, and nurture long-term commercial partnerships with overseas travel agents, corporate travel planners, hoteliers, and regional leisure stakeholders.
  • Track sales performance data and implement strategic inbound initiatives to improve net revenue margins and exceed business targets.
  • Handle complex commercial negotiations and supplier contracting with local hospitality groups to secure highly competitive B2B rates.
  • Govern operational accounting touchpoints relative to group contracts, ensuring absolute financial alignment across international client ledgers.
  • Analyze competitive pricing trends, holiday demand curves, and industry distribution channels to capture high-value seasonal accounts.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or an equivalent accredited commercial discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on, successful experience specifically working with Central and Eastern European outbound travel segments, preferably within a DMC or premier hotel chain.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing FIT (Free Independent Travelers) alongside high-occupancy corporate or leisure group travel segments.
  • Strong commercial awareness with verified experience governing profit and loss parameters, variance budgets, and rigorous quarterly revenue objectives.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying spreadsheet pricing models and tracking performance indices within Microsoft Excel or integrated CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills paired with highly polished negotiation, presentation, and international networking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with travel technology platforms and modern B2B booking channels; multilingual fluency and holding a valid Schengen visa will be viewed as a major commercial advantage.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 6,000, determined entirely by past commercial audits, contract negotiation testing, and regional trade data checks.
  • An elite opportunity to own a massive geographic territory and significantly scale your portfolio with an established industry leader.
  • Stable, long-term corporate hospitality career advancement tracks supported by our expanding regional networks and active international sales divisions.
