Job Description:

We are executing immediate tactical health and safety appointments within our site operations division and are seeking experienced, highly proactive Safety Officers & Safety Engineers to oversee site protocols and safeguard major ongoing EPC projects in Dubai. Operating as critical risk containment anchors and active field compliance leaders, these full-time roles focus on accelerating site hazard tracking, auditing industrial machinery workflows, and maximizing preventative safety guidelines under our structured operational management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and systematically monitor comprehensive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures across complex industrial project sites.
  • Conduct thorough, routine site inspections, job safety analyses (JSA), field risk assessments, and targeted preventative safety audits.
  • Ensure uncompromised workforce compliance with UAE statutory safety regulations, federal environmental laws, and corporate HSE mandates.
  • Identify potential operational hazards on-site, isolate high-risk structural zones, and recommend immediate corrective or preventative actions.
  • Lead engaging daily toolbox talks, deliver specialized safety onboarding modules, and facilitate critical accident-prevention training sessions.
  • Investigate site incidents, near-miss occurrences, and mechanical failures to compile highly analytical, detailed root-cause safety reports.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with project engineering teams, subcontractors, and field inspectors to maintain a secure and integrated working environment.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or formal Technical Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, or a matching accredited discipline.
  • Proven, successful professional experience operating within HSE roles, with explicit, strong preferences given to those with direct exposure to EPC, Oil & Gas, or major civil construction projects.
  • Deep operational command of industrial HSE management systems, hazard identification techniques, emergency response protocols, and UAE safety compliance standards.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency tracking incident frequencies, site asset registries, and safety metrics tables inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills paired with robust conflict-resolution capabilities and professional technical reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead field teams effectively, operate productively under tight industrial schedules, and thrive inside a fast-paced, diverse, multicultural environment.
