Job Description:

We are executing a strategic administrative appointment within our corporate services division and are seeking a professional, exceptionally well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to govern front desk workflows and direct visitor coordination pathways in Sharjah. Operating as the primary ambassador and administrative anchor within our corporate headquarters, this full-time role focuses on accelerating internal communications, auditing corporate schedule logs, and maximizing office coordination efficiency under our integrated facility management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day front desk operations with high fidelity, greeting executive clients, vendors, and international contractors professionally.
  • Handle heavy volumes of incoming and outgoing multi-line telephone calls, routing inquiries and managing corporate email channels accurately.
  • Coordinate executive meeting room bookings, formal appointments, corporate calendars, and office dispatch schedules.
  • Assist internal teams with basic administrative functions, project document filing, and general office coordination tasks.
  • Maintain a pristine, meticulously organized, and thoroughly professional reception and visitor holding area.
  • Ensure smooth, immediate cross-departmental communication between leadership faculties, internal employees, and incoming corporate guests.
  • Log inbound courier shipments and incoming mail distributions into automated tracking records.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Diploma, or equivalent accredited qualification in Business Administration, Communications, or a related office systems discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of successful, verified professional experience operating as a corporate receptionist or front desk executive within an active corporate environment.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying visitor schedules, directory databases, and simple log tables inside Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing digital telephone handling boards, visitor check-in systems, and boardroom scheduling channels.
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills paired with a presentable, highly professional, and service-oriented personality.
  • Excellent multi-tasking capabilities, sharp organizational instincts, and the proven ability to work productively within a fast-paced corporate office.
  • Prior work experience within the United Arab Emirates and immediate availability to join will be treated as major commercial advantages.
