Job Description:

We are executing a strategic academic appointment within our secondary faculty division and are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to govern student attainment pipelines and direct mathematical learning tracks in Dubai. Moving far beyond traditional rote learning models, this full-time role focuses on accelerating quantitative fluency, auditing student diagnostic portfolios, and implementing differentiated lesson plans under our structured institutional management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging Mathematics lessons to secondary-level students, fostering a strong grasp of complex numerical concepts.
  • Monitor individual student performance metrics systematically and provide meaningful, constructive, and timely developmental feedback.
  • Support students comprehensively in achieving targeted academic progress markers and personal character growth goals.
  • Develop detailed, interactive lesson plans and curricular learning materials fully aligned with National Curriculum for England standards.
  • Collaborate productively with departmental colleagues, parents, and school leadership faculties to maximize student achievement pipelines.
  • Maintain meticulously accurate, secure academic records, examination marks, and diagnostic assessment data profiles.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, positive, and safe classroom climate that inspires active student engagement and respects classroom diversity.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, or an equivalent accredited numerical discipline; a formal PGCE or matching professional teaching qualification is highly preferred.
  • Proven, successful professional experience operating as a practicing Mathematics teacher specifically within a secondary school setting.
  • Prior instructional experience delivering the British Curriculum (IGCSE/GCSE/A-Levels) is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying student tracking sheets, grade curve projections, and attendance metrics inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Outstanding classroom management methodologies, highly polished verbal and written English communication skills, and sharp instructional design capabilities.
  • Absolute willingness to undergo enhanced criminal background checks, global reference screening, and credential verification in line with international child protection and safeguarding standards.
