Job Description:
We are executing an immediate strategic professional appointment within our corporate finance division and are seeking an experienced, highly analytical Accountant to govern financial record pipelines and direct general ledger pathways in Dubai. Operating as an essential fiscal anchor and data validation specialist within our regional office, this full-time role focuses on accelerating monthly closing cycle processing, auditing transaction balances, and maximizing reporting precision under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate, high-fidelity corporate financial records, asset ledgers, and secure accounting documentation pipelines.
- Prepare structured financial summaries, track project expenditures, and support fast-paced month-end accounting closing activities.
- Assist the leadership team with corporate budget compilation, variance reporting, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Monitor daily commercial transactions and ensure strict compliance with internal corporate accounting policies and procedures.
- Support internal financial control systems, process risk assessments, and streamline cross-departmental reporting requirements.
- Utilize localized accounting software platforms and financial data tools to manage daily corporate bookkeeping workflows efficiently.
- Log industrial service invoices and inventory material valuations into automated tracking archives.
🔹 Requirements:
- Formal academic background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent accredited commercial discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 or more years of successful, verified professional accounting experience strictly operating within the Oil & Gas industry sector.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying complex lookup formulas, financial forecasting models, and reconciliation logs inside Microsoft Excel and modern accounting software tools.
- Deep, comprehensive knowledge of core accounting principles, budget preparation procedures, asset reconciliations, and financial reporting controls.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills paired with sharp problem-solving capabilities and exceptional attention to mathematical detail.
- Demonstrated capacity to handle multi-tasking demands productively, meet strict financial close deadlines, and navigate a fast-paced industrial office setup.
