Job Description:

We are executing a strategic commercial expansion within our property advisory division and are seeking ambitious, highly motivated Real Estate Agents to govern client acquisition pipelines and direct residential sales pathways in Dubai. Built for target-driven commercial specialists who excel in a high-octane brokerage environment, this full-time role focuses on accelerating lead-to-deal lifecycles, auditing investor portfolio matching parameters, and maximizing high-yield property transactions under our unified corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, cultivate, and preserve strong commercial relationships with prospective property buyers, sellers, and corporate investors.
  • Generate new commercial opportunities, nurture inbound marketing channels, and convert premium leads into successful closing transactions.
  • Promote and market high-value residential properties, off-plan investment portfolios, and luxury developments systematically.
  • Conduct customized property viewings and provide comprehensive, data-driven market guidance to high-net-worth clients.
  • Negotiate complex purchase agreements, structural terms, and pricing variations to support clients through the complete sales process.
  • Maintain meticulously accurate database logs using localized CRM systems and execute consistent follow-up workflows on all client inquiries.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Formal academic training in Real Estate Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent accredited discipline is preferred.
  • Proven, verified professional experience operating inside target-driven sales pipelines, B2B account management, or property consultancy frameworks.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying pipeline spreadsheets, commission projection sheets, and inventory data matrices inside Microsoft Excel and modern CRM platforms.
  • Deep familiarity with property marketing procedures, client relationship tracking, and advanced commercial closing techniques.
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills paired with highly polished interpersonal networking and presentation capabilities.
  • Possessing a valid United Arab Emirates driving license, or demonstrating an absolute willingness to secure one quickly to facilitate prompt property viewings, is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior professional experience navigating Dubai’s dynamic property market, holding an active RERA broker card, or possessing an established local investor network will be treated as an elite advantage.
