Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our logistics division and are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Operations Supervisor – Land Freight to govern transit scheduling pipelines and direct fleet movement pathways in Dubai. Operating as an essential operational anchor and route validation specialist within our main dispatch terminal, this full-time role focuses on accelerating border-clearance cycle processing, auditing manifest tracking logs, and maximizing distribution efficiency under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily land freight operations and oversee complex commercial fleet movements across municipal grids.
- Coordinate high-volume domestic transport deliveries and complex cross-border GCC freight shipping activities.
- Liaise continuously with drivers, corporate customers, and external transport partners to ensure fluid daily operations.
- Ensure the safe, timely drop-off of client shipments while protecting cost-efficiency and route optimization metrics.
- Monitor constant operational compliance with UAE transit regulations, customs declarations, and internal safety procedures.
- Prepare structured logistics performance summaries, operational trip logs, and cargo variance reports.
- Collaborate seamlessly with shipping clerks and documentation specialists to secure cross-border manifests.
🔹 Requirements:
- Formal academic background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent accredited discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful, verified professional experience managing land freight and transportation operations within the UAE.
- Proven experience governing cross-border land transportation networks and GCC customs clearance processes.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying route-tracking spreadsheets, manifest registries, and fleet allocation models inside Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive knowledge of UAE road transport regulations, vehicle maintenance logging, and supply chain tracking metrics.
- Possessing a valid United Arab Emirates driving license is strictly required to monitor field movements.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills paired with highly polished coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
