Job Description:

We are executing a strategic public-facing appointment within our facility operations division and are seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist to govern front office workflows and direct daily administrative coordination pathways in Dubai. Built for highly organized, collaborative professionals who excel at managing corporate guest arrivals and balancing real-time communication networks, this full-time role focuses on accelerating client service response speeds, managing calendar scheduling matrices, and maximizing administrative precision under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the primary corporate reception lounge and greet visiting executives, clients, and suppliers in an elite, professional manner.
  • Handle central incoming switchboard operations, filter incoming queries, and direct phone calls to matching business units seamlessly.
  • Respond to central corporate emails and manage high-volume daily digital and physical correspondence.
  • Schedule corporate appointments, organize calendar timelines, and direct conference room reservation bookings.
  • Maintain organized office logs, physical filing cabinets, and digital administrative documentation with high fidelity.
  • Support daily backend office operations, courier log tracking, and basic clerical administrative activities.
  • Coordinate with internal line managers and distinct business teams to ensure fluid intra-office information workflow.
  • Assist in maintaining an immaculately organized, safe, and professional front-of-house corporate environment.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, Diploma in Business Administration, or a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited training institution is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of successful, verified professional experience operating within front office operations, corporate reception desks, or customer care administration environments.
  • Total professional bilingual fluency in both spoken and written English and Hindi is required to communicate effectively with our diverse client network.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency utilizing communication applications, room reservation schedules, and visitor tracking templates inside Microsoft Office tools, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep operational knowledge of switchboard equipment, high-volume telephone etiquette, and client greeting standards.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, high multitasking capacity under pressure, and highly polished verbal presentation habits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior hands-on administrative or front-of-house experience inside the fast-paced UAE commercial market is considered a distinct advantage.
