Job Description:

We are executing an immediate strategic commercial appointment within our corporate relations division and are seeking an enthusiastic, highly communicative Customer Relation Executive to govern visitor inquiry pipelines and direct daily client assistance pathways in Karama, Dubai. Built for target-focused support specialists who excel in an active client service setup and precise database logging, this full-time role focuses on accelerating service response speeds, managing customer database registries, and maximizing brand satisfaction under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound client travel inquiries in a professional, polite, and timely manner across multi-line communication systems.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with global clients and deliver consistent, top-tier customer service support.
  • Assist arriving customers with verified itinerary information, booking documentation, and direct service-related requests.
  • Handle specialized English and Arabic data entry and typing assignments with extreme accuracy.
  • Maintain high-fidelity customer profile records and update database logs systematically as required.
  • Support general office administration workflows, file arrangement, and front-desk coordination activities.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal ticking agents and tour operators to ensure fluid customer service operations.
  • Assist in identifying customer service bottlenecks, resolving guest concerns promptly, and escalating technical issues when necessary.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, professional Certificate, or a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited training institution is preferred.
  • Both motivated entry-level individuals (freshers) and experienced customer care executives are welcome to apply.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying pipeline logs, scheduling tables, and client profiles inside Microsoft Office tools, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated bilingual alphanumeric typing proficiency in both English and Arabic is required to process complex administrative tasks.
  • Deep, working knowledge of core customer service standards, relation building, and front-office data logging.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills paired with excellent interpersonal capabilities and high attention to detail.
  • Applicants must be currently residing within the United Arab Emirates; those holding a Husband, Father, or independent personal visa are preferred to match onboarding guidelines.
