Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our commercial operations division and are seeking an experienced, analytical Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to govern performance advertising pipelines and direct e-commerce development pathways in Dubai. Built for visionary marketing technology professionals who excel at updating multi-tier websites and tracking conversion metrics, this full-time role focuses on accelerating lead acquisition cycle speeds, auditing digital platform stability logs, and maximizing consumer engagement under our integrated operational management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with high fidelity to expand business growth parameters.
- Manage high-yield paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and prominent media channels.
- Track inbound lead acquisition pipelines, conversion funnels, and marketing ROI while preparing structured performance reports.
- Administer, update, and maintain secure Shopify storefront environments and enterprise WordPress websites.
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, product cataloging listings, promotional content modifications, and asset configurations.
- Develop, structure, and schedule corporate social media content programs across all active communication channels.
- Provide technical database troubleshooting, functional maintenance, and operational support for Zoho CRM and Odoo ERP configurations.
- Assist with general internal IT-related technical support, server tracking, and network architecture maintenance.
- Monitor technical website performance indices, user experience metrics, and search engine crawling parameters regularly.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely matching accredited discipline.
- Proven, successful professional experience managing performance marketing portfolios, web storefront administration, and digital asset tracking within the UAE marketplace.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying pixels, tracking tags, and conversion analytics frameworks inside digital interfaces and analytical spreadsheets.
- Deep, comprehensive technical knowledge across the following stacks:
- Performance Advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Google Analytics tools.
- Shopify ecosystem architectures, WordPress backend frameworks, and WooCommerce modules.
- Zoho Applications, Odoo ERP configurations, REST APIs, and modern third-party data integrations.
- Standard website deployment architectures, technical troubleshooting routines, and server security configurations.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities, excellent cross-departmental coordination habits, and sharp, data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to handle multi-tasking project deadlines under pressure and coordinate technical workflows independently.
