Job Description:

We are executing a strategic front-of-house appointment within our resort operations division and are seeking an experienced, guest-focused Front Office Receptionist to govern visitor registration pipelines and direct daily arrivals coordination pathways in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. Built for highly polished, service-oriented hospitality professionals who excel at managing premium customer relations and tracking lodging data sets, this full-time role focuses on accelerating guest processing cycle speeds, auditing accommodation logs, and maximizing guest relationship satisfaction under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome international guests warmly and manage smooth, high-fidelity check-in and check-out administration procedures.
  • Serve as the primary public-facing point of contact for all resident guest inquiries, VIP concierge coordination, and destination requests.
  • Provide accurate, detailed information regarding exclusive hotel services, dining amenities, and local luxury travel attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints, service delays, and specialized amenity requests in a highly professional, polite, and timely manner.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, guest relations, and culinary teams to ensure fluid, cross-departmental service delivery.
  • Maintain organized, updated guest profiles, billing summaries, and front desk administrative documentation.
  • Ensure uncompromised guest satisfaction metrics by delivering highly personalized, elite-quality service solutions.
  • Operate the specialized Opera Cloud management system to organize daily room inventories, reservations, and guest data grids.
  • Support general front desk workflows, shift handover logging, and cash drawer auditing procedures systematically.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a closely matching accredited business discipline is preferred.
  • Proven, successful professional experience operating within the front office, front desk, or reception department of a verified 4-star or 5-star luxury hotel asset.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying reservation tools, room allocation sheets, and billing models inside dedicated applications and Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive technical knowledge across the following domains:
    • Front office workflows, night audit parameters, and guest relations practices.
    • Hotel check-in/check-out procedures and multi-currency billing reconciliations.
    • Luxury hospitality service standards, guest privacy rules, and security logging.
    • Opera Cloud hotel management software systems (Strictly Mandatory).
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills paired with an immaculate professional appearance, positive demeanor, and high multitasking capabilities under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving habits and a sharp dedication to maintaining elite consumer service delivery tracks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional conversational fluency or strong verbal communication skills in the Russian language will be treated as an elite asset to accommodate international leisure networks.
