Job Description:

We are executing strategic clinical appointments within our primary care divisions and are seeking experienced, highly compassionate General Practitioners to govern outpatient clinical pipelines and direct patient wellness pathways across multiple regional health facilities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive, high-fidelity primary healthcare interventions and emergency evaluations to patients of all age demographics.
  • Diagnose, evaluate, and manage multi-tiered acute and complex chronic medical conditions with complete therapeutic precision.
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations, formulate accurate clinical impressions, and coordinate customized patient treatment plans.
  • Prescribe targeted medications, review pharmacological contraindications, and recommend appropriate laboratory or radiological diagnostic tests.
  • Maintain clear, organized, and structurally updated digital medical history logs and compliance-based electronic health records.
  • Educate patient groups regarding lifestyle optimization routines, preventative health measures, and routine immunization schedules.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with consulting secondary specialists, specialized allied health teams, and laboratory coordinators to secure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Adhere strictly to official medical practice codes, clinical pathway guidelines, and regional statutory healthcare safety standards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or a recognized international equivalent qualification) from an accredited academic medical institution.
  • An active, valid license or positive eligibility letter from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) for Dubai positions, or from the Ministry of Health (MOH) for Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain assignments.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying electronic health records (EHR) and clinical database trackers inside Microsoft Excel and specialized patient portals.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary medical sectors:
    • Family medicine protocols, clinical physical assessment techniques, and outpatient differential diagnosis practices.
    • Pharmacotherapy rules, laboratory assay analysis, and chronic disease maintenance management routines.
    • UAE health authority safety guidelines, patient confidentiality protocols, and statutory medical documentation formats.
