Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our guest services division and are seeking an experienced, highly guest-focused Receptionist to govern front-of-house arrival pipelines and direct guest welcoming pathways in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome international guests and corporate visitors in an exceptionally professional, courteous, and refined manner.
- Manage day-to-day front desk operations, managing visitor traffic streams and balancing high-volume communication queues.
- Provide highly accurate information regarding internal resort services, dining facilities, and local recreational amenities.
- Assist arriving and departing guests with complete registration paperwork, check-in sequences, and general support requests.
- Answer complex multi-line phone networks, screen incoming communications, and direct messages to appropriate extensions.
- Maintain an immaculate, highly organized, and aesthetically professional reception area in line with luxury brand values.
- Coordinate seamlessly across housekeeping teams, security details, and facilities maintenance personnel to maximize client comfort.
- Handle central administrative tasks, data filing routines, and specialized clerical projects as requested by supervisors.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma, professional hospitality certificate, or equivalent accredited academic qualification is preferred.
- Prior verified customer service experience inside a premium hotel lobby, guest relations lounge, or front office environment.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying reception calendars, check-in trackers, and guest logs inside Microsoft Excel and property database systems.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following guest management sectors:
- Front desk operating structures, lobby security standards, and high-volume telephone etiquette.
- Customer service resolution frameworks, dispute escalation rules, and direct guest communication tools.
- Basic administrative filing practices, data privacy parameters, and data verification methods.
- Hospitality brand representation mechanics, professional presentation standards, and localized concierge pathways.
- Outstanding interpersonal strengths, high multitasking capabilities under pressure, an adaptive problem-solving mindset, and a positive personality.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication habits; fluency in additional global languages will be treated as an elite operational asset.
