Job Description:
We are executing a strategic administrative appointment within our corporate operations division and are seeking an experienced, highly proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to govern institutional government relations pipelines and direct statutory documentation pathways in Sharjah. Designed for visionary public relations specialists who possess deep operational command of ministerial data tracking networks and excel at executing labor documentation sequences, this full-time role focuses on accelerating visa processing speeds, auditing corporate licensing files, and maximizing document compliance metrics under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer all labor, residency, and immigration-related processes for the organization’s workforce.
- Handle end-to-end visa issuances, residence renewals, entry permit updates, residency cancellations, and Emirates ID processing runs.
- Ensure uncompromised institutional compliance across MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, and Amer government service portals.
- Maintain clear, organized, and structurally secure digital records of employee employment contracts and government documentation assets.
- Coordinate professionally with senior government authorities, municipal inspectors, and labor departments to secure rapid corporate approvals.
- Manage and execute the processing, structural filing, and timely renewal of commercial trade licenses and corporate regulatory permits.
- Track updates in federal immigration decrees to protect the business from processing backlogs or administrative penalties.
- Deliver outstanding, accurate advisory support to internal corporate teams regarding legal workforce onboarding procedures.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Relations, or a closely matching accredited discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of verified professional experience operating strictly as an active Public Relations Officer (PRO) within the UAE.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying visa trackers, licensing calendars, and compliance matrices inside Microsoft Excel and regional government service applications.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following public administration sectors:
- UAE Labour Law guidelines, Wage Protection System (WPS) mechanisms, and MOHRE contractual rules.
- GDRFA immigration portals, ICP residency structures, and Tasheel, Tawjeeh, and Amer localized system pathways.
- Commercial trade license renewal practices, Chamber of Commerce protocols, and municipal tenancy requirements.
- Statutory document verification steps, corporate translation mechanisms, and identity registration loops.
- Outstanding structural organizational skills, advanced problem-solving instincts under tight schedules, high attention to legal detail, and adaptive communication traits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication habits; proficiency or literacy in the Arabic language will be treated as an elite operational asset.
