Job Description:
We are executing a strategic technical appointment within our enterprise solutions division and are seeking an experienced, highly analytical Data Migration Lead (CRM Projects) to govern complex database extraction pipelines and direct large-scale cloud transformation pathways in Dubai. Built for visionary database specialists who possess comprehensive systems validation history and excel at structuring clean customer record sets, this onsite full-time role focuses on accelerating data conversion speeds, auditing multi-tiered relational schema logs, and maximizing data integration scores under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data extraction, transformation, mapping, and loading (ETL) pipelines for complex enterprise CRM transformation initiatives.
- Ensure uncompromised data quality, structural consistency, and absolute integrity during database cutover procedures.
- Collaborate closely with corporate business stakeholders and product teams to maximize source-system data readiness and policy compliance.
- Support technical configuration tracks for Salesforce or matching enterprise-level cloud CRM platforms during system deployment phases.
- Analyze, parse, and reorganize multi-tiered relational customer, master account, contact history, and service operation logs.
- Deploy advanced SQL queries and detailed validation scripts to isolate transactional discrepancies and execute automated staging table scrubs.
- Establish robust data mapping directories, dictionary documentation assets, and post-migration validation checks.
- Deliver comprehensive technical integration logs to administrative technical management regarding data exception cycles.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a matching accredited technical engineering field.
- A minimum of 10 years of verified professional experience operating in data migration management, CRM system transformation, or large-scale data governance roles.
- Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency writing relational SQL scripts and deploying complex database formulas inside Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following information technology jobs sectors:
- Salesforce core architecture models, cloud object structures, and enterprise data schema configurations.
- ETL validation methodologies, sourceto-target mapping frameworks, and systematic exception handling parameters.
- Enterprise customer profile setups, sales tracking records, account hierarchy links, and metadata controls.
- Data governance rules, privacy protection codes, information security guidelines, and technical cutoff strategies.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities, an exceptional eye for logical structural detail, and robust cross-functional stakeholder interaction skills under tight system launch timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to direct multi-disciplinary technical engineering teams on site.
