Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our academic leadership division and are seeking an experienced, highly compassionate Head of Inclusion to govern student support pipelines and direct adaptive learning pathways in Dubai. Designed for visionary special education specialists who possess deep operational command of individualized academic development plans and excel at constructing comprehensive intervention programs, this full-time role focuses on accelerating learner achievement metrics, auditing student tracking data logs, and maximizing absolute inclusive compliance scores under our integrated educational management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the systematic design, structured rollout, and daily evaluation of comprehensive inclusive education models across the entire school campus.
- Design, verify, and monitor custom Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and student behavioral grids tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Coordinate multi-tiered academic intervention workflows, student support networks, and dedicated speech or cognitive service models.
- Collaborate seamlessly with general faculty, parents, clinical psychologists, and specialized medical therapists to track individual progress metrics.
- Ensure uncompromised institutional compliance with KHDA inclusion frameworks, federal educational decrees, and Dubai student equality guidelines.
- Promote a highly positive, welcoming school culture focused on psychological safety, equal learning access, and community-wide safety metrics.
- Conduct technical skills development sessions for teaching staff regarding classroom modifications and adaptive lesson delivery styles.
- Deliver comprehensive educational tracking logs to administrative management teams regarding student developmental updates.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Child Psychology, General Education, or a closely matching accredited social sciences field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of verified professional experience operating in an inclusion leadership role, SEND coordinator desk, or special education management capacity within an active school environment.
- Advanced data literacy with practical proficiency deploying student progress templates, IEP metrics, and academic milestone trackers inside Microsoft Excel and school management databases.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following educational leadership sectors:
- Inclusive pedagogy standards, child psychology principles, and behavioral modification methodologies.
- IEP configuration rules, learning disability indicators, and multi-disciplinary intervention mapping.
- KHDA inspection criteria, UAE national inclusion policies, and regional educational compliance regulations.
- Cross-functional parent relation habits, teacher mentoring setups, and resource allocation workflows.
- Outstanding team leadership strengths, high emotional intelligence, excellent observation skills, and data-driven problem-solving habits under fast-paced school schedules.
- Superior verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to lead cross-functional regulatory evaluations on site.
