Job Description:
We are executing a strategic administrative appointment within our corporate operations division and are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized PRO Assistant / Typist to govern data processing pipelines and direct statutory documentation pathways in Sharjah. Designed for proactive administrative specialists who possess deep operational command of government service portals and excel at executing typing sequences with total accuracy, this full-time role focuses on accelerating visa processing speeds, auditing labor files, and maximizing documentation compliance metrics under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the central PRO team with the rapid processing of residence visas, Emirates ID applications, and municipal labor permits.
- Prepare, compile, and type complex corporate applications systematically through MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and Tasheel government portals.
- Maintain accurate, secure, and structurally organized digital records of employee documentation and administrative approval logs.
- Coordinate efficiently with UAE government departments, external service centers, and municipal typing offices as required by the business.
- Track corporate visa renewals, occupational labor card expirations, and critical company documentation compliance deadlines proactively.
- Support specialized government relations officers in executing broad administrative and statutory compliance-related activities.
- Ensure uncompromised typing accuracy, grammatical consistency, and structural integrity across all submitted ministerial applications.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a matching accredited discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of verified professional UAE experience operating strictly in a PRO assistance, government relations, or typing center role.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying visa trackers, calendar schedules, and documentation files inside Microsoft Office applications.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following administrative sectors:
- UAE Government Portals, including advanced navigation within MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and Tasheel operational pathways.
- Visa processing sequences, labor documentation procedures, and regulatory compliance timelines.
- Office administration fundamentals, digital record keeping, and strict documentation control practices.
- Typing standards, data verification steps, and high-volume application submission workflows.
- Outstanding typing precision, strict attention to legal detail, high organizational strengths, and proactive administrative problem-solving habits.
- Excellent English typing and communication skills; professional typing speed or conversational literacy in the Arabic language is an added operational advantage.
