We are executing a strategic fiscal appointment within our central operations division and are seeking an experienced, analytical Senior Accountant to govern critical corporate ledger pipelines and direct multi-departmental budgeting pathways in Al Ain. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, compile, and manage detailed annual corporate budgets and high-fidelity financial forecasts for strategic organizational planning.
- Analyze multi-site financial performance and prepare highly accurate, comprehensive financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor real-time budget utilization patterns and support data-driven cost-control, margin safety, and resource optimization initiatives.
- Ensure uncompromised institutional alignment with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal accounting controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Govern and accelerate month-end and year-end ledger closing sequences, ensuring total precision in transactional records.
- Collaborate closely with clinical department heads and medical operations teams to deliver financial planning and analysis support.
- Maintain clear, organized, and structurally secure digital records across centralized ERP networks to guarantee total data integrity.
- Support external regulatory reviews, internal fiscal audits, and comprehensive financial validation processes as required by leadership.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely matching accredited business management discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of verified professional experience operating in a general ledger accounting, financial auditing, or corporate finance role, with a strong preference for backgrounds within the healthcare or medical sector.
- Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying cost control templates, ledger audit grids, and complex lookup formulas inside enterprise ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following financial fields:
- Financial reporting rules, general ledger reconciliation practices, and rigorous IFRS documentation standards.
- Corporate budgeting frameworks, rolling fiscal forecasts, variance calculations, and strategic cost control procedures.
- Enterprise-level healthcare ERP software configurations, medical billing workflows, and asset depreciation tracking.
- Internal auditing methodologies, risk assessment matrices, and statutory corporate filing compliance pipelines.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities, strict attention to numerical detail, high mathematical precision, and robust cross-functional problem-solving habits under tight closing limits.
