Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our production operations division and are seeking a highly organized, energetic Event Operations Manager to govern front-to-back delivery pipelines and direct large-scale conference setup pathways for the “Outstanding Schools Dubai” forum. Designed for visionary project leads who possess extensive experience directing high-volume corporate events and excel at aligning separate supplier schedules, this contract-based position focuses on accelerating vendor turnaround speeds, auditing master logistics logs, and maximizing absolute attendee experience scores under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end event operations planning, site preparation, and real-time execution loops for a high-profile international education conference.
- Coordinate complex exhibition venue operations, custom fabrication setups, loading dock logistics, and audio-visual equipment layouts.
- Manage commercial relationships with third-party suppliers, stand contractors, local catering companies, and technical service providers.
- Support absolute speaker coordination, technical staging runs, itinerary scheduling, and formal pre-event alignment communications.
- Work closely with corporate sponsors and media partners to ensure flawless activation of brand materials and commercial stall spaces.
- Oversee overall delegate experience initiatives, registration queue management, layout signages, and post-event feedback tracking indices.
- Monitor comprehensive master project timelines, event operational plans, material delivery logs, and team progress updates.
- Govern live, on-site event problem-solving and rapidly troubleshoot field issues to preserve a seamless conference delivery flow.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a matching accredited public relations discipline is preferred.
- Proven verified professional track record directing corporate conferences, industrial exhibitions, or large-scale multi-stakeholder summits.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying project gantt charts, supplier delivery spreadsheets, and registration files inside Microsoft Excel and modern event apps.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following project management sectors:
- Event operations planning, site logistics management, contractor bidding rules, and floor layout controls.
- Supplier relationship building, corporate sponsor activation parameters, and complex speaker management protocols.
- Live event execution mechanics, delegate registration frameworks, check-in software tools, and audience engagement tracking.
- Risk mitigation frameworks, crowd safety standards, municipal permitting laws, and structural vendor performance metrics.
- Outstanding team-leading attributes, exceptional multi-tasking strengths under high-pressure live timetables, a polite posture, and highly adaptive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to consult professionally across multi-national corporate teams; candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred to streamline quick site setup routines.
