Job Description:

We are executing a strategic fiscal appointment within our central operations division and are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Junior Accountant to govern day-to-day transactional data pipelines and direct financial analysis pathways in Dubai. Designed for proactive accounting specialists who possess strong digital bookkeeping habits and excel at translating raw project metrics into actionable corporate performance insights, this full-time role focuses on accelerating ledger reporting speeds, auditing multi-tiered job cost logs, and maximizing data accuracy scores under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and maintain accurate corporate financial reports, transaction records, and general ledger supporting documentation.
  • Analyze live cash flow statements, track receivables, and monitor corporate liquidity channels to support financial stability.
  • Review organizational income statements and systematically evaluate key structural financial performance indicators for directors.
  • Track project-specific production costs, raw material balances, and sub-contractor accounts to prepare detailed project profitability and margin analysis reports.
  • Assist senior finance team members with corporate budgeting routines, rolling forecasts, and multi-month financial planning models.
  • Support executive decision-making by transforming complex financial numbers into structured business performance insights.
  • Ensure all data entry, invoice indexing, and voucher creations are processed accurately in compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
  • Assist in maintaining highly organized, secure physical and digital accounting filing registries and reporting software databases.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely matching accredited business management discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of verified professional experience operating within active corporate finance, general bookkeeping, or project-cost auditing roles.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying cost control templates, ledger audit grids, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following financial sectors:
    • General accounting principles, transactional double-entry systems, and standard ledger reconciliation practices.
    • Income statements, balance sheets, cash flow tracking mechanics, and corporate liquidity evaluation indicators.
    • Project lifecycle costing, event fabrication expense tracking, resource variance calculations, and margin optimization models.
    • Hands-on accounting workflows inside QuickBooks software setups, invoicing loops, and digital file indexing.
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities, strict attention to numerical detail, high mathematical precision, and proactive problem-solving habits under tight monthly closing schedules.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to coordinate financial details across separate operational execution teams.
