Company Overview:

Innovations Group is a premier, highly successful experiential architecture corporation, multi-sector temporary structures enterprise, and leading event solutions network expanding its high-performance creative development divisions in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Built upon world-class architectural rendering parameters, strict spatial optimization frameworks, and progressive engineering design systems, the organization delivers iconic branding spaces across premium trade summits, commercial pavilions, and international summits, managing extensive fabrication studios, and ensuring absolute structural compliance with municipal event safety guidelines and federal venue management regulations.

Job Description:

We are executing two strategic technical appointments within our elite creative division and are seeking highly experienced, imaginative Senior Exhibition Designers to govern advanced spatial modeling pipelines and direct temporary structure engineering pathways in Dubai. Built for visionary spatial designers who possess deep rendering mastery and excel at converting raw corporate brand guides into premium buildable environments, these full-time contract roles focus on accelerating structural conception speeds, auditing engineering production logs, and maximizing technical aesthetic approvals under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop highly innovative custom exhibition stand concepts, spatial flow plans, and architectural themes that maximize client commercial outcomes.
  • Create high-fidelity 3D modeling setups, photorealistic scene renderings, and professional walkthrough animations for elite client pitch presentations.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical fabrication plans, detailed section details, joinery shop drawings, and production-ready material specifications.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with factory carpentry leads, engineering site managers, and project directors throughout the physical manufacturing loop.
  • Ensure all design iterations remain structurally practical, highly cost-effective, and absolutely aligned with venue height limitations and electrical safety codes.
  • Review material sample cards, structural finishes, paint coatings, and lighting hardware selections to ensure uncompromised final output matching.
  • Govern multiple design pipelines concurrently, ensuring prompt submission dates while protecting peak aesthetic qualities.
  • Deliver detailed material takeoff estimates and digital structural assets to technical estimation desks during competitive tender phases.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, Fine Arts, or a matching accredited structural engineering discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of verified professional experience operating strictly within premium exhibition stand modeling, custom pavilion fabrication, or major event architecture tracks.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying architectural geometry scripts, advanced material maps, and layout lighting matrices inside 3ds Max and Corona Renderer software.
  • Deep, comprehensive technical knowledge across the following design sectors:
    • 3ds Max polygon modeling, environmental visualization setups, and high-fidelity photorealistic rendering engines.
    • Exhibition manufacturing workflows, joinery fabrication methods, wood/metal material capacities, and structural pricing structures.
    • Technical drafting standards, detailing methods, orthographic projections, and shop drawing assemblies.
    • Venue regulation tracking, regional municipal safety compliance codes, structural stability rules, and weight distribution balances.
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities, an exceptional eye for geometric detail, robust spatial problem-solving traits, and excellent speed under fast-turnaround event project timelines.
  • Superior verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to present complex architectural visions clearly to executive client stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed contract salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 6,000, determined entirely by past 3D rendering portfolio defenses, geometric modeling speed tests, and technical material mapping screening performance.
  • An elite opportunity to assume complete design ownership of prominent corporate pavilions and expand your engineering profile with an established market leader in the Middle East event landscape.
  • Stable professional advancement channels supported by expanding multi-national corporate portfolios and active internal lines for principal architects, creative directors, and hr jobs or creative talent acquisition specialists.
