Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our central operations division and are seeking a qualified, highly analytical Accountant to govern comprehensive corporate data pipelines and direct day-to-day accounting pathways in Abu Dhabi. Tailored for forward-thinking finance specialists who possess deep operational command of ledger management and excel at structuring high-precision financial statements, this full-time role focuses on accelerating ledger closing frequencies, managing transaction reconciliation tracks, and maximizing overall operational efficiency under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain highly accurate, fully auditable corporate accounting journals and document daily business financial transactions within primary ledgers.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, quarterly management packets, and complex multi-currency ledger reconciliations.
- Govern end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable sub-ledgers to stabilize corporate cash conversion lines and secure supplier networks.
- Assist senior management in structuring annual operational budgets, rolling financial forecasts, and high-level margin variance analyses.
- Ensure uncompromised institutional compliance with internal corporate governance guidelines and federal financial regulatory frameworks.
- Support the mechanical execution of month-end and year-end closing processes, tracking balance sheet clearings and ledger adjustments.
- Monitor historical financial data streams to identify process bottlenecks and actively recommend strategic workflow improvements for accounting systems.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely matching fully accredited business discipline; a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) qualification is highly valued.
- Proven professional experience operating inside an active corporate accounting desk, general business services sector, or specialized financial administration role.
- Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying financial tracking grids, automated formula blocks, and multi-tier sheets inside modern accounting software platforms and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following functional domains:
- Corporate financial reporting methodologies, balance sheet mapping, and general ledger reconciliation procedures.
- Accounts Payable protocols, corporate cash flow preservation, and credit lines administration.
- Budget planning frameworks, financial forecast architectures, and variance analysis practices.
- UAE business tax applications, asset auditing standards, and corporate governance compliance rules.
- Outstanding structural organization capabilities, strict attention to numerical details, strong problem-solving traits, and high precision under tight month-end closing schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to deliver clear financial reports to cross-functional business heads.
