Job Description:
We are executing a strategic organizational appointment across multiple core service divisions and are seeking passionate, highly capable hospitality professionals to govern fast-paced service pipelines and direct launch-phase guest experience pathways in Dubai Marina. Tailored for authentic pub-culture specialists who possess strong engagement habits and excel at building high-vibe restaurant environments from the ground up, these full-time pre-opening roles focus on accelerating launch preparation speeds, auditing initial standard operating procedures, and maximizing guest satisfaction under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support comprehensive pre-opening setup phases, menu dry-runs, asset layouts, and operational readiness training programs tailored to your assigned functional role.
- Deliver exceptional, highly engaging guest interaction and customer service aligned with premium gastropub hospitality metrics.
- Lead or support day-to-day front-of-house service steps, active bar mixology speeds, or high-volume culinary lines based on position scope.
- Maintain uncompromised excellence in menu execution, cold beverage delivery controls, ingredient preservation, and overall hospitality standards.
- Assist in constructing a collaborative, high-energy venue team culture, executing new shift workflows, and troubleshooting floor service bottlenecks.
- Ensure absolute operational alignment with corporate hygiene protocols, municipality health regulations, and safe workspace parameters.
- Contribute directly to site visibility goals, launch-phase revenue milestones, reviews acquisition, and community brand reputation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Professional Hospitality Diploma, relevant Bachelor’s Degree, or matching accredited trade certifications depending on the seniority and functional requirements of the position.
- Proven professional experience operating within an active food-and-beverage venue, with a high preference for candidates possessing previous tenure in premium Irish, Scottish, British, or equivalent gastropub concepts.
- Prior practical participation in a restaurant pre-opening cycle, venue fit-out, or service launch timeline is considered highly desirable.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across relevant service domains:
- Gastropub operations standards, casual-premium sequence of service, and guest hospitality models.
- High-volume bar operations, mixology dynamics, beverage inventory control, and menu pairings.
- Team leadership structures, on-the-job service training methods, and labor optimization.
- Kitchen food line mechanics, food safety systems, and culinary preparation standards.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication traits, high stamina, rapid problem-solving habits, and an ability to thrive within an active, fast-paced guest service environment.
- Location Restriction: Only candidates currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates will be evaluated for these launch tracks.
