Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our central finance division and are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Accountant to govern active operational data pipelines and direct daily cash management pathways in Dubai. Built for analytical financial specialists who possess deep operational command of revenue structures and excel at constructing high-precision point-of-sale reconciliations, this full-time position focuses on accelerating ledger closing speeds, auditing member transaction databases, and maximizing internal resource allocation efficiency under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, check multi-facility membership ledger logs, and input precise transaction records within primary corporate journals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, monthly trial balances, and operational cash summaries for senior executive evaluation.
- Govern end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules, ensuring timely vendor disbursements and active corporate credit management.
- Perform complex multi-account bank reconciliations, checking digital payment processing entries, card receipts, and multi-location petty cash.
- Assist the corporate finance desk in structuring annual operational budgets, dynamic revenue forecasts, and high-level margin variance reports.
- Ensure uncompromised organizational alignment with internal control guidelines, federal VAT requirements, and UAE financial regulatory benchmarks.
- Execute systematic month-end and year-end ledger closing workflows, tracking adjustments and balancing sheet integrity.
- Maintain structured, easily auditable archives of all financial records, compliance data sheets, and tax filings for structural reviews.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely matching fully accredited corporate business discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of verified professional experience operating inside an active accounting desk or financial department, with a distinct priority for candidates with past tenure in the sports, fitness, leisure, or high-volume membership service sectors.
- Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying financial balancing grids, automated formula blocks, and asset management sheets inside specialized ERP tracking systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary domains:
- Financial accounting principles, revenue recognition standards, and corporate ledger architectures.
- Accounts Payable mechanics, subscription aging analytics, and collection pipeline workflows.
- High-volume multi-account bank reconciliation protocols and automated merchant gateway processing pipelines.
- Budget planning frameworks, rolling forecast generation methods, and fiscal gap analysis.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities, strict attention to numerical detail, high mathematical accuracy, and an ability to work effectively within an active, fast-paced commercial sport setting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to deliver financial performance updates smoothly to venue heads and directors.
