Job Description:

We are executing a strategic clinical appointment within our core medical services division and are seeking an experienced, dedicated Nursing Supervisor to govern active bedside data pipelines and direct daily clinical care delivery pathways in Al Ain. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, monitor, and coordinate comprehensive daily nursing operations and multi-specialty clinical activities across assigned departments.
  • Ensure uncompromised organizational compliance with federal healthcare regulations, internal institutional guidelines, and international quality care standards.
  • Support general nursing staff development through active on-floor coaching, structured technical training intervals, and regular performance evaluations.
  • Promote patient safety initiatives, incident prevention tracks, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) data feedback structures.
  • Monitor bedside medication delivery protocols and audit clinical files to guarantee strict adherence to standard medical practices.
  • Collaborate productively with chief physicians, diagnostic lab technicians, and multi-disciplinary teams to establish integrated patient treatment objectives.
  • Assist in workforce planning, nursing shift rotation configurations, resource allocation optimization, and emergency staffing adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate, securely formatted documentation, validating that all nursing entries satisfy strict medical auditing and regional regulatory parameters.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from a fully accredited academic institution is required; a Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Management is preferred.
  • A valid professional nursing license or clear eligibility credentials in accordance with UAE healthcare regulatory bodies (DOH / DHA / MOH).
  • Proven professional experience operating inside a leadership capacity, charge nurse position, or clinical supervisory seat within a fast-paced medical center or hospital facility.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying electronic health record (EHR) structures, nurse scheduling engines, and patient tracking sheets inside modern healthcare systems.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following critical sectors:
    • Nursing operations management, clinical team structures, and emergency bed allocation.
    • Patient safety metrics, continuous quality improvement processes, and clinical risk mitigation.
    • Healthcare policies, medical ethics codes, and regional public health regulatory compliance frameworks.
    • On-the-job staff training, clinical competency checking, and performance optimization models.
  • Outstanding clinical problem-solving capabilities, rapid administrative decision-making habits, high emotional resilience under pressure, and strict attention to medical accuracy.
  • Superior verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to interface smoothly with medical directors, multi-national clinical crews, and patient families.
