Job Description:
We are executing a strategic commercial appointment within our industrial compliance division and are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Marketing and TPI Inspection Coordinator to govern commercial client pipelines and direct full-cycle validation project pathways in Abu Dhabi. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Promote specialized engineering validation parameters and strengthen corporate relationships with high-value downstream and upstream energy operators.
- Support day-to-day B2B sales processes, manage request-for-quote timelines, and maintain clear communications across institutional supplier portals.
- Identify target market developments, trace expanding petrochemical tender tracks, and assist with proactive lead generation activities.
- Coordinate and manage complex Third-Party Inspection (TPI) assignment pipelines, scheduling field deployments and preparing quality compliance documentation.
- Liaise closely between regional client representatives, contract inspectors, and internal operations branches to guarantee seamless project execution.
- Prepare detailed market analysis reports, executive summaries, bid presentations, and tailored technical marketing materials.
- Support corporate digital branding platforms, track customer engagement matrices, and direct professional media campaigns.
- Ensure rapid, high-precision follow-up on client inquiries, urgent site testing notifications, and resource coordination requirements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a matching accredited business administration, marketing, or relevant technical trade discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of verified experience operating within the UAE marketplace, explicitly demonstrating background in commercial sales, industrial marketing, or technical project coordination inside the Oil & Gas, downstream energy, or petrochemical sectors.
- Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying electronic customer tracking grids, asset deployment schedules, and workflow sheets inside modern CRM applications and Microsoft Office tools.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following functional domains:
- B2B sales strategy execution, customer pipeline conversion, and competitive position framing.
- Third-Party Inspection (TPI) standards, quality certification protocols, and inspector allocation procedures.
- Client relationship management dynamics, field account retention, and industrial service quality benchmarks.
- Digital marketing tools, electronic asset optimization, and professional corporate correspondence formatting.
- Licensing: A valid United Arab Emirates Driving License is completely mandatory to manage multi-site client locations across Abu Dhabi.
