Job Description:

We are executing a strategic commercial engineering appointment within our core technology systems division and are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Pre-Sales Engineer – ICT & ELV Systems to govern advanced solution architecture data pipelines and direct multi-system techno-commercial pathways in Dubai. Built for ambitious technology design specialists who possess deep operational command of infrastructure estimating and excel at crafting highly complex project tender models, this full-time track focuses on accelerating proposal turnaround speeds, auditing vendor pricing databases, and maximizing core conversion rates under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in high-level client discovery meetings, leading technical presentations and solution alignment discussions alongside the core sales team.
• Analyze multi-tier customer operational requirements to construct comprehensive, scalable, and cost-effective ICT and ELV system architectures.
• Prepare high-precision techno-commercial proposals, granular Bill of Quantities (BOQs), specialized tender response packages, and compliance matrices.
• Design integrated extra-low voltage frameworks including IP CCTV networks, Access Control, Structured Cabling, VMS, ANPR, IDS/PIDS, Public Address, AV, Wi-Fi, and smart BMS integrations.
• Conduct thorough site surveys, baseline feasibility studies, and complex structural technical assessments across major construction layouts.
• Perform detailed component cost estimations, structured value engineering optimization, and strategic vendor negotiations to secure market-competitive prices.
• Develop advanced system architecture drawings, logic diagrams, and network topology schematics to feed into core design books.
• Deliver professional technical proof-of-concept demonstrations and interactive engineering briefings to client decision-makers.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a closely matching fully accredited technological trade discipline. Valid ICT, Cisco/enterprise networking, or regional security authority certifications are highly valued.
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of verified professional experience operating within an active pre-sales or system design capacity, explicitly delivering low-voltage infrastructure tenders for smart commercial developments or critical facilities inside the UAE marketplace.
• Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying computer-aided drafting modules, network configuration systems, and advanced mathematical pricing sheets inside modern information technology jobs platforms.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary technical dimensions:
  • ICT and ELV system integration logic, smart automation models, and structured fiber routing.
  • IP security protocols, video management engine setups, biometric access rules, and field network switching layers.
  • Quantity surveying standards, detailed BOQ compilation, and comprehensive technical compliance analysis.
  • Vendor procurement mapping, cost reduction strategies, and value engineering applications.
• Outstanding structural multi-tasking capabilities, strict attention to engineering blueprint details, excellent presentation habits, and the capacity to balance multiple strict tender deadlines smoothly.
• Superior verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to present complex technical schematics to project consultants and negotiate pricing variations with international suppliers.
