Job Description:

We are executing a strategic service appointment within our core front-of-house hospitality division and are seeking a friendly, bilingual, and customer-focused Café Staff member to govern high-volume guest order pipelines and direct exceptional dining experience pathways in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in an exceptionally warm, professional, and friendly manner to cultivate a premium dining atmosphere.
• Provide high-quality front-of-house customer service, ensuring positive guest experiences and resolving customer inquiries effectively.
• Support day-to-day café operations, including counter service, standard beverage preparation, and inventory presentation.
• Take accurate customer food and beverage orders efficiently using modern point-of-sale terminal systems.
• Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and physical organization across all dining tables, service stations, and food prep areas.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen teams and fellow baristas to ensure smooth, synchronized service delivery during peak hours.
• Follow all internal company guidelines, local food safety standards, and operational hygiene procedures diligently.

🔹 Requirements:

• High School Diploma, Diploma, or a matching equivalent practical trade certification is preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English is strictly required to assist a diverse local and international customer base.
• Previous professional experience handling a guest service counter, barista station, or casual dining floor is highly preferred, ideally within an upscale mall environment or high-traffic culinary venue in the UAE.
• Advanced interactive data literacy with practical proficiency handling digital sales logging software, electronic menu systems, and card payment devices within modern retail environments.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • Customer service principles, proactive guest relations, and active conflict resolution methods.
  • Café operations, food assembly sequences, and foundational hospitality standards.
  • Food hygiene guidelines, workplace cleaning schedules, and sanitization benchmarks.
  • Teamwork dynamics, professional presentation standards, and cross-functional communication pathways.
• Outstanding interpersonal capabilities, strict attention to shop appearance detail, rapid multitasking skills, and the capacity to adapt to changing floor demands smoothly.
