Job Description:

We are executing a strategic corporate appointment within our central finance and treasury division and are seeking a meticulous, process-driven Accountant to govern corporate ledger pipelines and direct multi-currency reconciliation pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic finance professionals who possess strong operational command of balance sheet mechanics and excel at navigating local tax structures, this full-time track focuses on accelerating month-end close timelines, auditing supply chain transaction streams, and maximizing general ledger reporting accuracy under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate corporate bookkeeping records, journal entries, and transnational financial transactions.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, detailed account reconciliations, and audit-ready supporting documentation.
  • Assist in operational budgeting processes, corporate cash flow monitoring, and mid-term financial forecasting sequences.
  • Monitor international cost centers to identify potential operational risks and structural cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure absolute corporate compliance with applicable statutory accounting standards and local UAE VAT regulations.
  • Support high-precision month-end and year-end ledger closing activities across multiple corporate subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, freight forwarding, and internal operations divisions to guarantee flawless multi-departmental financial reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a closely matching fully accredited financial discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of verified professional experience operating an accounting desk or financial tracking portfolio inside the UAE marketplace or international trade sector.
  • Advanced interactive data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying multi-layered corporate ERP databases, electronic tax filing portals, and advanced data models in MS Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Financial reporting models, corporate ledger auditing, and complex multi-account reconciliations.
    • Commercial bookkeeping principles, asset depreciation tracking, and cash flow forecasting models.
    • UAE VAT compliance procedures, tax return submission pathways, and standard regulatory guidelines.
    • Logistics operations, shipping freight billing systems, or standard import/export documentation streams (considered a significant competitive advantage).
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities, strict attention to financial transaction detail, sharp problem-solving traits, and the capacity to coordinate with cross-functional supply chain teams seamlessly.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 6,000, determined entirely by past ledger portfolio defenses, live spreadsheet modeling simulations, and corporate tax scenario evaluations.
  • An elite opportunity to assume operational custody over reporting data pipelines for a rapidly expanding maritime logistics and trading enterprise.
  • Stable career development paths supported by major international enterprise expansions and active internal progression tracks for senior controllers, treasury heads, or financial specialists moving into institutional governance or corporate hr jobs and human capital planning networks.
