  • Enforce absolute compliance with regional public safety guidelines, pool occupancy limits, and emergency response procedures.
  • Identify structural or mechanical anomalies early and coordinate comprehensive overhaul pathways with senior engineering support squads.
  • Interact professionally with private guests and corporate clients, resolving immediate facility requests with exceptional customer service standards.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready maintenance logs detailing chemical levels, asset checks, and equipment run-time history metrics.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a matching technical engineering, facilities management, or closely related vocational trade field.
  • Mandatory Experience & Credentials: A minimum of 5 years of verified professional history operating within the UAE marketplace, supported by at least 10 years of overall relevant industry experience in aquatic plant maintenance. Possession of a valid, active UAE Driving License is strictly required.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical capability inputting mechanical logs, reading chemical monitoring interfaces, and tracking plant metrics inside MS Excel tables.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Commercial pool maintenance parameters, advanced vacuuming workflows, and specialized underwater cleaning mechanisms.
    • Water chemistry diagnostics, multi-parameter test kit handling, and safe chemical dosing standards.
    • Municipal pool safety codes, civil defense drowning prevention procedures, and hazardous material storage mandates.
    • Mechanical system troubleshooting, multi-stage pump mechanics, heat-chiller loops, and valve configuration routines.
