We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our central facilities maintenance division and are seeking a meticulous, highly experienced Swimming Pool Attendant to govern aquatic installation pipelines and direct routine chemical balance pathways across our portfolio in the UAE. Configured for systematic maintenance experts who possess deep operational command of large-scale filtration systems and excel at executing predictive equipment checks, this full-time track focuses on accelerating plant room troubleshooting speeds, auditing water treatment databases, and maximizing facility safety compliance under our integrated operational management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor aquatic facilities and swimming pool enclosures continuously to guarantee flawless cleanliness, user safety, and optimal operational efficiency.
- Conduct thorough daily technical inspections of automated dosing pumps, secondary filtration equipment, and structural plant room components.
- Perform routine mechanical maintenance, backwashing protocols, and immediate technical troubleshooting on specialized aquatic systems.
- Maintain premium water quality profiles through systematic chemical testing, pH balance calibration, and precise chlorine level adjustments.
- Enforce absolute compliance with regional public safety guidelines, pool occupancy limits, and emergency response procedures.
- Identify structural or mechanical anomalies early and coordinate comprehensive overhaul pathways with senior engineering support squads.
- Interact professionally with private guests and corporate clients, resolving immediate facility requests with exceptional customer service standards.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready maintenance logs detailing chemical levels, asset checks, and equipment run-time history metrics.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a matching technical engineering, facilities management, or closely related vocational trade field.
- Mandatory Experience & Credentials: A minimum of 5 years of verified professional history operating within the UAE marketplace, supported by at least 10 years of overall relevant industry experience in aquatic plant maintenance. Possession of a valid, active UAE Driving License is strictly required.
- Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical capability inputting mechanical logs, reading chemical monitoring interfaces, and tracking plant metrics inside MS Excel tables.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- Commercial pool maintenance parameters, advanced vacuuming workflows, and specialized underwater cleaning mechanisms.
- Water chemistry diagnostics, multi-parameter test kit handling, and safe chemical dosing standards.
- Municipal pool safety codes, civil defense drowning prevention procedures, and hazardous material storage mandates.
- Mechanical system troubleshooting, multi-stage pump mechanics, heat-chiller loops, and valve configuration routines.
- Outstanding physical endurance, strict attention to mechanical and sanitary detail, sharp emergency problem-solving traits, and a customer-focused communication baseline.
