Built upon world-class data network criteria, strict industrial automation protocols, and progressive systems integration frameworks, the organization governs deep-water container terminal assets, coordinates massive global freight pipelines, and ensures absolute corporate compliance with regional port authority regulations, federal maritime transportation security standards, and international information technology jobs optimization benchmarks.

Job Description:

We are executing a strategic technological appointment within our central port operations division and are seeking a meticulous, process-driven TOS Administrator to govern software infrastructure pipelines and direct automated supply chain data pathways in Abu Dhabi. Configured for systematic tech infrastructure experts who possess deep operational command of marine terminal operating platforms and excel at executing complex system deployments, this full-time track focuses on accelerating cargo data tracking speeds, auditing relational databases, and maximizing network reliability rates under our unified operations management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily administration, parameter tuning, patch deployment, and technical optimization of mission-critical Terminal Operating Systems (TOS).
  • Support the functional design development, architectural mapping, and enterprise-wide rollouts of automated logistical solutions.
  • Analyze complex terminal business requirements and translate operational constraints into highly resilient technical system architectures.
  • Coordinate comprehensive technical projects related to core database upgrades, custom API integrations, and hardware system commissionings.
  • Monitor real-time infrastructure performance, trace network bottlenecks, and guarantee continuous operational platform reliability.
  • Conduct multi-layered system simulations, functional software testing, and rigorous quality assurance validations prior to live environment deployments.
  • Collaborate directly with cross-functional terminal planning crews, marine logistics teams, and external hardware engineering partners.
  • Maintain clear, organized, and audit-ready system architecture blueprints, user training documentation, and disaster recovery profiles.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a matching fully accredited technological trade discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of verified, high-performance professional experience operating a database administration desk, managing software integration pipelines, or running a technical systems portfolio within a large-scale maritime port or intermodal logistics hub.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical capability executing automated SQL queries, auditing database schema layers, and building systematic platform metric summaries inside MS Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Terminal Operating Systems administration parameters (such as Navis N4, SPARCS, or proprietary port management suites).
    • Business analysis methods, relational database systems, schema tuning, and predictive data backup architectures.
    • Systems testing frameworks, commissioning loops, code debugging, and technical QA/QC documentation controls.
    • Maritime logistical workflows, EDI messaging standards, gate automation layers, and container yard layout structures.
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities, strict attention to technical code detail, sharp problem-solving traits, and excellent communication abilities in English; professional linguistic command of Arabic will be treated as a major competitive advantage.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 6,000, determined entirely by past technical systems defense portfolios, live database execution simulations, and maritime network infrastructure interviews.
  • An elite opportunity to assume complete technical custody over major regional terminal software suites within a state-of-the-art maritime operations hub.
  • Stable career advancement pipelines supported by active international port expansions and clear internal progression tracks for senior system architects, tech leads, or specialists moving toward digital governance or corporate hr jobs and technical engineering recruitment networks.
