Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our central distribution division and are seeking an analytical, process-driven Fleet Coordinator to govern last-mile asset pipelines and direct daily field dispatch pathways in Dubai. Configured for highly proactive distribution architects who possess a deep operational command of rider logistics tracking and excel at coordinating vehicle asset compliance, this full-time track focuses on accelerating delivery dispatch speeds, auditing mobile asset databases, and maximizing courier productivity indices under our unified corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day fleet routing operations and maximize commercial bike and vehicle utilization levels across metropolitan zones.
- Coordinate preventative vehicle servicing, breakdown restorations, RTA licensing updates, and safety compliance requirements.
- Monitor field rider attendance, delivery completion rates, order processing speeds, and general workforce productivity metrics.
- Ensure the rapid, structural resolution of on-road vehicle mishaps, mechanical failures, and route navigation bottlenecks.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready fleet tracking logs, driver performance histories, fuel cards balance sheets, and maintenance records.
- Support general last-mile fulfillment operations, supervising warehouse handovers and optimizing route density protocols.
- Collaborate directly with customer care panels and core transport directors to refine total shipment transit velocities.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, professional Diploma, or an equivalent technical certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or a related trade field is preferred.
- Mandatory Sector Background: Proven professional operational history operating a dispatch terminal or running a fleet management portfolio specifically inside a courier, last-mile delivery, or express logistics environment in the United Arab Emirates.
- Advanced digital data literacy with extensive practical capability manipulating GPS tracking interfaces, interacting with modern rider dispatch applications, and building asset utilization tables inside MS Excel sheets.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- Fleet management frameworks, express delivery logistics, last-mile routing plans, and asset utilization math.
- Vehicle maintenance tracking, RTA inspection codes, commercial transport compliance rules, and road safety regulations.
- Rider performance monitoring protocols, workforce shift optimization, courier motivation strategies, and geofencing systems.
- Operational logistics reporting, dispatch documentation, inventory tracking records, and cross-team communication pipelines.
- Outstanding situational problem-solving habits, strict attention to operational details under fast-paced pressures, robust geographical familiarity with Dubai sectors, and immediate professional readiness to join the operations desk.
