Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our central design and engineering division and are seeking a meticulous, authority-approved Senior Structural Engineer to govern complex infrastructure design pipelines and direct high-rise calculation pathways in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, model, and review sophisticated structural design solutions for high-rise, residential, and commercial developments.
- Coordinate directly with local municipal bodies, civil defense panels, and external stakeholders to capture required building permits.
- Ensure absolute structural alignment with Dubai Municipality codes, statutory building regulations, and British/American engineering standards.
- Provide high-level technical guidance, engineering support, and design iterations throughout all project lifecycles.
- Contribute actively to the structural validation and computational analysis of complex, large-scale construction frameworks.
- Collaborate productively with multidisciplinary squads, syncing architectural intent with structural execution logic seamlessly.
- Audit engineering submittals, load calculations, and structural detailing packages to ensure error-free project delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a fully accredited academic institution is required; a Master’s degree in a matching structural field is a major asset.
- Mandatory Municipal Credential: Must be a Dubai Municipality Approved Structural Engineer holding active registration for either G+12 or Unlimited Floors configurations.
- Proven, verified professional history operating an engineering design desk or running structural computation portfolios specifically within the United Arab Emirates consultancy marketplace.
- Advanced digital data literacy with extensive practical capability deploying structural design software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, SAP2000) and compiling performance calculations inside MS Excel sheets.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- Structural design principles, finite element analysis, load combinations, and structural engineering standards.
- Dubai Municipality approval processes, electronic submission portals, and localized code compliance checking.
- Authority regulations, Civil Defense fire-safety parameters, and environmental durability requirements.
- Complex high-rise building physics, concrete/steel detailing, and infrastructure execution sequences.
