Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our partner hospital’s core clinical division and are seeking a meticulous, evidence-based Specialist Physician in Internal Medicine to govern complex adult patient pipelines and direct acute inpatient and outpatient therapeutic pathways in Abu Dhabi. Configured for systematic medical diagnostic experts who possess a deep clinical command of multi-system chronic pathologies and excel at organizing collaborative care treatments, this full-time track focuses on accelerating patient healing velocities, auditing clinical outcome databases, and maximizing medical excellence markers under an integrated medical management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced, specialist internal medicine clinical consultations, detailed diagnostic assessments, and comprehensive inpatient ward care.
• Manage complex, multi-systemic acute illnesses and devise structured long-term chronic disease management intervention pathways.
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary medical squads, allied health personnel, and surgical departments to coordinate holistic treatment.
• Participate productively in departmental medical reviews, morbidity panels, and continuous medical education (CME) presentation modules.
• Contribute structural insights to hospital-wide clinical quality improvement programs and patient safety optimization committees.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and fully compliant electronic patient health documentation, clinical reporting, and insurance case justifications.

🔹 Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent globally recognized medical degree from an accredited institution, coupled with valid higher postgraduate Specialisation in Internal Medicine (such as MRCP, ABIM, Arab Board, or an identical Tier-1/Tier-2 clinical qualification).
• Mandatory Licensing status: Must hold an active, valid HAAD / DOH Specialist license or a verified eligibility letter issued by the Abu Dhabi Department of Health.
• A minimum of 5 years of verified, high-performance post-specialisation professional clinical history operating as a full Specialist inside a secondary or tertiary care hospital setting.
• Advanced medical informatics literacy with extensive practical capability deploying digital Electronic Medical Records (EMR) interfaces, interpreting advanced telemetry readouts, and processing analytical statistics inside MS Excel frameworks.
• Deep, comprehensive clinical knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • Internal medicine diagnostics, systemic pathology tracing, emergency medicine interventions, and advanced treatment protocols.
  • Chronic disease management modeling, preventative healthcare pathways, pharmacology mechanics, and lifestyle health modifications.
  • Hospital-based inpatient management workflows, critical care monitoring loops, and outpatient multi-clinic scheduling parameters.
  • Clinical reporting guidelines, evidence-based diagnostic criteria, case study auditing, and patient advocacy practices.
• Outstanding English communication and presentation talents, strict adherence to medical ethics and patient privacy regulations, robust problem-solving capacities under acute clinical pressures; a command of the Arabic language is treated as a major competitive asset.
