Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our central rooms division and are seeking an operational, highly motivational Housekeeping Coach to govern institutional service delivery pipelines and direct front-line room styling and presentation pathways in Fujairah. Configured for systematic hospitality trainers who possess a deep operational command of five-star standard operating procedures (SOPs) and excel at elevating multicultural crew capability metrics, this full-time track focuses on accelerating room turnaround velocities, auditing service quality databases, and maximizing guest experience rankings under our integrated asset management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive departmental onboarding programs, service culture inductions, and core skills training for newly appointed housekeeping colleagues.
- Deliver real-time, on-the-job coaching sequences to ensure absolute compliance with elite brand standards and resort SOPs.
- Monitor and score floor performance parameters through strict, detailed guest room inspections and public space quality audits.
- Identify regional service delivery variations, compiling departmental training needs analysis (TNA) tables and deploying targeted correction programs.
- Coach cleaning crews, public area attendants, and laundry handlers on premium guest interaction protocols and five-star hospitality behaviors.
- Support resort-wide environmental sustainability metrics, green cleaning initiatives, and continuous quality improvement projects.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready personnel training history files and accurately track group capability progression parameters.
- Promote absolute health, chemical safety, workplace hygiene, and occupational cleanliness standards across all operational sections.
🔹 Requirements:
- Professional Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent accredited qualification in Hospitality Management, International Tourism, or a matching service field; holding an active Train-the-Trainer or professional coaching credential is treated as a major competitive asset.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of verified, high-performance professional history operating an asset management desk or running a supervisor portfolio strictly within an international 5-star luxury hotel or ultra-premium boutique resort environment.
- Advanced administrative data literacy with extensive practical capability deploying property management systems (PMS), configuring digital maintenance ticket matrices, and managing training attendance trackers inside MS Excel sheets.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- Luxury hotel housekeeping standards, turn-down aesthetics, micro-detailing protocols, and material care engineering.
- Guest service excellence practices, guest profile personalization loops, issue mitigation, and multi-cultural engagement models.
- Training design frameworks, instructional coaching mechanics, skill assessment models, and behavioral evaluation practices.
- Chemical safety regulations (COSHH), infection controls, workspace ergonomics, and facility sanitation logistics.
- Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and vocal delivery talents, an impeccable professional grooming presentation, strong structural attention to geometric and texturized room setups, and complete operational flexibility to steer a diverse regional workforce.
