Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our central design and creative division and are seeking an imaginative, technically skilled 3D Event Designer to govern experiential environment pipelines and direct complex spatial rendering pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic design experts who possess deep operational command of modern rendering architectures and excel at converting client briefs into high-impact physical layouts, this full-time track focuses on accelerating concept layout velocities, auditing structural material databases, and maximizing presentation impact metrics under our integrated business management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, model, and deploy immersive 3D spatial concepts and photorealistic environments for complex corporate events and exhibitions.
• Generate innovative spatial design themes, schematic material layouts, and high-end client presentation materials.
• Collaborate productively with senior event project managers, on-site production managers, and client representatives to match creative visions.
• Produce precise, high-fidelity photorealistic rendering treatments, floor layout perspectives, and scale drawings.
• Support full event design execution, supervising physical fabrication parameters from structural drafting through on-site build phases.
• Maintain organized, digital design asset libraries, updating spatial component configurations and fabrication material profiles.

🔹 Requirements:

• Professional Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent technical certificate in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Spatial Design, Graphic Communications, or a matching fully accredited creative field.
• Proven professional history operating an architectural modeling terminal or running a spatial visualization portfolio, showcasing a verified track record in corporate event environments, large-scale custom booths, or experiential marketing layouts.
• Advanced digital creative literacy with extensive practical capability deploying 3D software engines (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender) alongside computational asset configuration tracking inside MS Excel sheets.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • 3D modeling pipelines, poly-modeling workflows, scale parameters, spatial layout logic, and volumetric optimization.
  • Event production workflows, materials fabrication metrics, carpentry detailing, lighting parameters, and rigging rules.
  • Photorealistic rendering techniques (using tools like V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion), material texture configurations, mapping, and composition.
  • Client-centric presentation layouts, multi-perspective mood boarding, and interactive design synchronization loops.
• Outstanding aesthetic and artistic communication talents, strict attention to structural dimensions and topographical details, robust team capabilities under tight project timelines, and immediate professional readiness to scale with our Dubai design hub.
