Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core enterprise systems division and are seeking a data-driven, client-focused Odoo Implementer to govern application lifecycle pipelines and direct complex system optimization pathways in Abu Dhabi. Configured for systematic solution architects who possess an advanced operational command of open-source ERP infrastructure and excel at customizing database workflows for diverse client groups, this project-based track focuses on accelerating system configuration velocities, auditing User Acceptance Testing protocols, and maximizing operational output metrics under our unified corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, assess, and document complex business requirements from corporate clients, translating operational bottlenecks into clear functional technical specifications.
• Configure, parameterize, and implement specialized Odoo ERP modules to create cohesive, integrated business environments based on project definitions.
• Conduct comprehensive user training sessions and provide systematic operational guidance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) deployment phases.
• Work directly with corporate stakeholders and department heads to analyze structural vulnerabilities and identify immediate process improvement channels.
• Coordinate execution activities smoothly with internal software engineering, backend database development, and quality assurance squads.
• Support the end-to-end launch cycle, production environment cutover, and post-go-live end-user adoption of corporate ERP frameworks.
• Map localized corporate accounting structures, fiscal charts of accounts, and automated invoicing parameters directly within the platform.
• Validate general multi-warehouse stock replenishment flows, tracking lead-time settings and digital procurement verification loops.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a matching software science discipline from an accredited academic institution is preferred.
• Proven, hands-on professional history successfully deploying, configuring, and executing Odoo ERP solutions, with distinct performance criteria established across multiple completed lifecycle projects; corporate presence or base in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred.
• Advanced digital workspace literacy with native bilingual linguistic command across both Arabic and English text forms, alongside deep practical capability building resource allocation structures, tracking software bugs, and managing lists inside Microsoft Excel.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • Odoo ERP modules architecture, core studio capabilities, structural workflow mapping, and access authorization parameters.
  • Business process analysis techniques, requirement gathering matrices, enterprise workflow design, and diagnostic documentation models.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures, test scenario design, regression logging, and bug reporting mechanisms.
  • ERP implementation methodologies, Agile/Scrum project frameworks, sprint structuring, and systems rollout lifecycle rules.
  • Client support and professional corporate training delivery, manual preparation, and post-implementation technical helpdesk metrics.
  • Cross-functional business parameters spanning enterprise CRM structures, logistics workflows, industrial inventory models, procurement loops, and integrated corporate accounting fields.
