Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core academic and operational branches and are seeking dedicated, student-centered professionals for our Educators & Staff Team across multiple specialized functions in Sharjah. Configured for systematic pedagogical specialists who possess an advanced operational command of child development parameters and excel at maintaining structured classroom files under active nursery environments, these full-time openings focus on accelerating learning program velocities, auditing student documentation portfolios, and maximizing compliance metrics under our unified corporate management framework.

Available Tracks:

  • Teacher / Assistant Teacher: Directing foundational early childhood education programs and logging early progress metrics using modern child-focused tracking systems.
  • Nursery Manager: Governing entire academic operations, leading teacher performance reviews, and supervising regulatory school inspections.
  • Admin Supervisor: Managing nursery registration files, corporate communication loops, fee tracking, and front-desk logistics.
  • Nurse: Supervising campus medical facilities, logging incident records, administering first aid, and managing health compliance files.
  • Arabic / Islamic Teacher: Delivering specialized native language programs and values-focused instruction adapted for younger learners.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early educational experiences for young learners, tailoring activities to individual student development tracking indices.
  • Create and maintain a highly secure, clean, and positive learning space aligned with early childhood structural safety standards.
  • Support the continuous academic, social, and emotional development of young learners through systematic behavioral observation.
  • Implement structured curriculum activities, multi-sensory learning tasks, and active lesson plans across multiple child cohorts.
  • Maintain highly accurate records, student attendance sheets, progress reports, and administrative documentation folders systematically.
  • Communicate efficiently and professionally with parents, academic colleagues, and senior school administration teams.
  • Ensure absolute alignment with nursery internal policies, child protection procedures, and national educational standards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with verified B.Ed credentials required for core teaching positions; CACHE Level 3 or CACHE Level 5 certification from an accredited institution is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of verified, high-performance professional history operating an operational teaching desk, running nursery admin systems, or managing school health facilities in the UAE region; candidates must possess attested educational records, with top corporate priority provided to applicants residing in Sharjah on a dependent visa status.
  • Advanced digital workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities generating school reporting tables, processing student attendance lists, and formatting documents inside MS Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) frameworks, seven core learning areas, observation methodologies, and early milestone charting.
    • Classroom management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, student focus methods, and safe space organization.
    • Child development principles, sensory integration paths, cognitive growth tracking, and early psychological behaviors.
    • Curriculum planning and implementation models, weekly plan building, theme development, and resources compilation.
    • Student engagement and learning support practices, differentiated teaching tracks, and inclusive instruction rules.
    • Educational best practices, administrative document archiving, student data security, and collaborative learning procedures.
