Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core logistics division and are seeking a data-driven, operationally authoritative Inventory Manager to govern asset lifecycle pipelines and direct complex stock optimization pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic solution architects who possess an advanced operational command of open-source ERP systems and excel at customizing warehouse workflows for diverse retail and commercial groups, this full-time track focuses on accelerating stock fulfillment velocities, auditing cycle count verification protocols, and maximizing operational output metrics under our unified corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily inventory management tracking, structural product storage distribution, and commercial stock control operations.
  • Monitor real-time warehouse inventory levels closely to ensure continuous product availability for commercial trade operations.
  • Maintain highly accurate physical stock records, digital database counts, and comprehensive operational reporting systems.
  • Conduct regular cyclical stock audits, comprehensive physical wall-to-wall counts, and rigorous financial reconciliation activities.
  • Analyze inventory flow trends, velocity metrics, and demand variations to recommend continuous process optimization pathways.
  • Coordinate directly with corporate procurement, material handling, warehouse teams, and sales divisions to fulfill orders smoothly.
  • Minimize operational inventory discrepancies, eliminate stock shrinkage factors, and proactively manage excess industrial stock holdings.
  • Ensure absolute utilization of integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) modules and automated tracking tools.
  • Develop and implement rigid warehouse inventory control procedures, physical handling rules, and organizational best practices.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or a matching software science discipline from an accredited academic institution is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of verified, high-performance professional history running an inventory control desk, supervising large distribution yards, or coordinating logistics pipelines within the building materials, tiles, sanitary ware, hardware, or fast-moving FMCG retail sectors.
  • Advanced digital workspace operational literacy with capabilities interpreting supply data tables, managing electronic barcode tracking lists, and organizing database sheets inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Inventory control procedures, cycle counting models, automated tracking frameworks, and stock categorization methods.
    • Stock management and forecasting methods, lead-time metrics, economic order quantity formulas, and demand leveling rules.
    • ERP systems and specialized inventory software applications, modular warehouse database setups, and systemic reporting paths.
    • Inventory auditing and reconciliation practices, variance tracking, data logging, and structural root-cause analysis maps.
    • Supply chain and warehouse operations frameworks, receiving protocols, space optimization rules, and fulfillment sequences.
    • Data analysis and reporting practices, performance metric tracking, distribution charting, and dashboard configuration steps.
    • Process improvement and inventory optimization techniques, waste minimization tracks, and automated logistics validation loops.
  • Outstanding corporate communication talents, sharp structural troubleshooting habits under strict shipping timelines, an exceptional attention to configuration detail, and complete readiness to optimize large-scale logistics setups in Dubai.
