Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core corporate governance wing and are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior HR Manager to lead human resources operations and direct complex talent frameworks in Ras Al Khaimah.   • Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with overall organizational metrics and long-term business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities to attract and retain highly technical industrial professionals.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, directing formal workplace conflict resolution tracks and corporate mediation workflows.
  • Oversee competitive corporate compensation structures, employee benefits programs, and modern workplace welfare frameworks.
  • Ensure absolute corporate alignment with internal company rules, policy updates, and the latest UAE Labour Law decrees.
  • Design and coordinate professional development training programs to build internal engineering capabilities and technical skills.
  • Support high-level workforce planning structures, talent mapping profiles, and advanced organizational development programs.
  • Provide clear professional guidance, strategic leadership, and tactical policy advisory to executive boards and HR teams.
  • Monitor HR metrics closely, compiling performance data reports to recommend continuous workplace efficiency improvements.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a matching organizational science discipline from an accredited university is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of verified, progressive history running an operational human capital desk, managing corporate employee relation channels, or leading departments within localized hr jobs networks, with distinct preference given to candidates possessing solid experience in the UAE industrial or heavy engineering sectors.
  • Advanced digital workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities generating headcount dashboards, evaluating payroll matrices, and structuring human capital lists inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • UAE Labour Law frameworks, federal employment decrees, end-of-service calculations, and statutory contract validation.
    • Human Resources Management models, strategic workforce alignment tracks, change management, and corporate policy creation.
    • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition pipelines, technical executive search tactics, behavioral screening, and global sourcing routes.
    • Performance Management Systems, balanced scorecard tracking, key performance indicator logging, and evaluation models.
    • Compensation and Benefits Administration, market wage positioning, payroll architectures, and corporate incentive tracking.
    • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution, disciplinary investigation pathways, compliance mapping, and grievance handling.
    • Workforce Planning and Organizational Development models, restructuring plans, skills analysis, and hierarchy design.
    • HR Policies and Compliance Procedures, document archiving rules, human data privacy protection, and corporate audit trails.
