Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core corporate governance wing and are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administration & HR Officer to lead employee service operations and direct dual workforce compliance pathways in Abu Dhabi. Configured for systematic operational solutions builders who possess an advanced technical command of ministerial portals and excel at structuring personnel files within multi-disciplinary industrial contexts, this full-time track focuses on accelerating residency permit clearance velocities, auditing transactional data entries, and maximizing organizational development targets within our unified corporate management framework and engineering jobs networks.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and systematic structured offboarding processes.
- Handle complex corporate visa processing loops, labor card applications, and employment contract renewals.
- Maintain highly accurate, digitized employee personnel files, tracking records, and corporate data logs.
- Support general administrative operations, office maintenance routines, and clerical documentation loops within the organization.
- Ensure absolute corporate alignment with internal regulations, federal decrees, and updated UAE labor laws.
- Coordinate directly with relevant government authorities and official electronic portals such as MOHRE, ICP, and TAMM.
- Assist in the generation of monthly HR performance reports, headcount summaries, and clear internal corporate communication.
- Maintain perfectly organized physical filing systems, database backups, and human resource information systems.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a matching corporate business discipline from an accredited institutional body.
- A minimum of 2 years of verified, high-performance professional history operating an administrative desk, handling employee relations channels, or working inside localized hr jobs networks within the UAE, with preferred technical selection value placed on candidates with a solid background inside infrastructure engineering or heavy industry corporate setups.
- Advanced digital workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities generating headcount data tables, processing file applications, and sorting information matrices across electronic systems.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- UAE labor laws and formal HR compliance procedures, contractual obligations, statutory leaves, and end-of-service rules.
- Official government portals such as MOHRE, ICP, and TAMM, digital signature setups, account balancing, and application tracking lines.
- HR operations workflows including onboarding, visa typing, document collection, medical fitness mapping, and emirates ID steps.
- Office administration procedures, document archiving parameters, data tracking setups, and record auditing standards.
- Corporate database systems, electronic file structure models, information filtering techniques, and privacy controls.
- Outstanding corporate communication talents in multi-cultural workspaces, sharp organizational abilities under shifting ministerial guidelines, strict attention to formatting detail, and an exceptionally collaborative professional attitude.
