Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core materials management branch and are seeking a motivated, operationally authoritative Purchase Officer to govern material procurement pipelines and direct supplier relationship pathways in Abu Dhabi. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Source highly specialized technical materials, electro-mechanical components, and raw hardware assets to secure competitive commercial quotations from reliable supply networks.
• Evaluate vendor performance data continuously, negotiating favorable raw material pricing scales, logistics delivery schedules, and strategic corporate payment terms.
• Prepare structured corporate purchase orders, validation vouchers, and trace materials transit timelines to eliminate pipeline delivery bottlenecks.
• Coordinate seamlessly with project directors, shop floor production supervisors, and store logistics teams to maintain an uninterrupted availability of workshop materials.
• Build, sustain, and maximize high-performance long-term relationships with accredited regional and international industrial manufacturers and local distribution vendors.
• Ensure all material acquisition frameworks remain exceptionally cost-effective while strictly defending corporate quality and structural durability benchmarks.
• Maintain highly accurate, digitized purchasing histories, item transaction logs, and material data registries to support ongoing process audit loops.
• Manage technical custom clearance tracking documents, logistical transit validation files, and receipt verification sheets.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or an equivalent technical field from an accredited institution, securing an advanced theoretical command of commercial logistics models and corporate spending frameworks.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of verified, high-performance professional history running procurement desks, sourcing commercial goods, or directing supply chain operations inside the UAE, preferably demonstrating focused knowledge handling sheet metal, electromechanical parts, assembly tooling, or large-scale building construction supplies. A valid UAE Driving Licence is strictly mandatory to support regular external vendor inspections and field logistics coordination loops around Musaffah and Abu Dhabi.
• Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities generating multi-sheet financial cost comparisons, building vendor evaluation matrices, and filtering material inventories inside Microsoft Excel databases.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • Procurement and purchasing workflows, request for quotation (RFQ) loops, item classification, and material receipt verifications.
  • Supplier evaluation frameworks, negotiation tactics, commercial risk balancing, contract preparation, and dispute mitigation paths.
  • Microsoft Office tools including Excel formulas, spreadsheet sorting setups, text manipulation, and formal business mail layouts.
  • ERP software ecosystems and modern procurement management tools, database loaders, and transaction balancing procedures.
  • Inventory coordination logic, material requirements planning (MRP), safety stock tracking frameworks, and warehousing logistics rules.
