- Coordinate and manage complex patient treatment plans comprehensively from initial diagnostic consultation through to final clinical completion.
- Clearly explain dental treatment options, clinical procedures, materials choices, and structured financial payment schedules to patients.
- Support patients systematically in understanding recommended clinical options, therapeutic advantages, and post-operative follow-up care pathways.
- Maintain highly accurate, digitized electronic medical records using dental practice management software and advanced CRM systems.
- Work closely with dentists, orthodontists, and clinical operations teams to guarantee seamless low-latency patient flow across treatment rooms.
- Follow up systematically with consulted patients to improve overall case acceptance rates, address lingering queries, and maximize satisfaction indices.
- Provide high-level front desk, appointment scheduling, and patient intake administrative support when operational volumes demand.
- Reconcile daily consultation logs, tracking case value files, deposit entries, and patient callback data tables to update clinic systems.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a matching corporate discipline preferred, cultivating a firm conceptual command of health services logistics, medical ethics, and consumer purchasing psychology.
- 2 to 3 years of high-performance professional history operating within a dental clinic or accredited healthcare environment, with a strong, verified preference for patient-facing consultative roles. Proven confidence in presenting multi-tier clinical case values, structuring financial payment models, and executing sales conversion techniques in Dubai is highly advantageous.
- Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities tracking case conversion rates, organizing provider schedules, and cataloging patient follow-up indices inside Microsoft Excel databases.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
