🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily double-entry corporate accounting operations and ensure absolute data integrity across all general ledger balances.
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable cycles, tracking collection performance and maintaining structured aging schedules.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial transaction reports, variance analyses, and all matching sub-ledger documentation tables.
- Process, audit, and monitor specialized import and export documentation files connected to transnational trade payments and customs clearings.
- Ensure absolute corporate compliance with local value-added tax (VAT) regulations, preparing precise periodic return calculations and filing steps.
- Support month-end and year-end close sequences, directing thorough balance sheet reconciliations, bank trace matches, and accrual tracking updates.
- Reconcile daily cash management sheets, checking invoice matching lines, vendor allocation files, and customer deposit entries to maintain clean registries.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a matching corporate finance discipline from an accredited university, establishing an advanced theoretical grasp of financial control parameters, corporate auditing steps, and transnational trade tax logic.
- 3 to 6 years of high-performance professional history driving general accounting operations, heading transactional ledgers, or directing tax compliance tracks within the UAE. Prior tenure managing financial workflows within the FMCG, distribution, or high-volume wholesale general trade industry is strongly preferred, with immediate readiness for workspace deployment in Dubai.
- Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities tracking ledger entries, structuring pivot models, and cataloging complex asset depreciation tables inside Microsoft Excel databases.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
