🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the luxury fitness facility, exercise studios, and swimming pool spaces to maintain a safe, spotless environment.
- Supervise, coach, and develop the onsite conditioning staff to drive continuous performance updates and high service standards.
- Conduct thorough physical fitness assessments and design personalized, goal-driven exercise programming structures for members.
- Deliver elite, high-performance one-on-one personal training sessions and lead dynamic, high-energy group fitness classes.
- Encourage continuous club member participation, promoting premium private coaching packages and specialized wellness initiatives.
- Monitor client physiological progress metrics and provide ongoing, structured motivation to help members meet health targets.
- Manage fitness equipment maintenance logs, regional operation budget sheets, and coordination loops with external health partners.
- Ensure absolute operational compliance with municipality health regulations, facility safety guidelines, and company service parameters.
- Reconcile daily facility logs, tracking client attendance registries, equipment diagnostic files, and personal training allocation sheets.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory professional credentialing as a Certified Personal Trainer (REPs UAE, NASM, ACE, or a matching global exercise authority) paired with active CPR and First Aid certifications, proving an advanced theoretical command of sports biomechanics, metabolic programming, and emergency response logic.
- Proven high-performance professional history driving wellness facility tracks, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership tenure required for the Fitness Centre Manager track. Previous coaching background within premium clubs or high-end leisure brands is preferred for the Personal Trainer role, with immediate readiness for workspace deployment in Dubai.
- Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities tracking client performance metrics, structuring shift rotas, and organizing equipment asset registers inside Microsoft Excel databases.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- Fitness assessment rules, anthropometric monitoring, personalized exercise programming, and functional kinesiotherapy.
