Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core Finance & Accounts division and are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to govern day-to-day transactional pipelines and direct fiscal record-keeping pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic ledger solutions builders who possess an exceptional analytical command of advanced enterprise resource planning systems and excel at managing absolute data precision within fast-moving corporate environments, this full-time track focuses on accelerating book closure velocities, auditing reconciliation queues, and maximizing tax compliance indices across our integrated financial frameworks.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining highly accurate corporate accounting records, ledger mappings, and processing day-to-day financial transactions cleanly.
- Support comprehensive general ledger activities, balance sheets classifications, and routine fiscal accounting operations.
- Process high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, monitoring client invoices, payments, and vendor credits.
- Perform rigorous bank statements and account balance reconciliations to ensure complete data accuracy across all corporate entities.
- Assist senior financial controllers in preparing data-driven financial reports and supporting comprehensive month-end closing activities.
- Maintain strict operational compliance with UAE VAT regulations, statutory reporting steps, and internal accounting policies.
- Work actively with enterprise ERP platforms and specialized accounting software to record and manage large financial data sets efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with members of the Finance & Accounts team to guarantee seamless, error-free daily transactional workflows.
- Reconcile daily transaction logs, tracking payment vouchers, invoice registers, and electronic bank remittance files systematically.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce from an accredited educational institution, verifying a deep conceptual command of financial statement frameworks, tax principles, and enterprise bookkeeping structures. Advanced professional certifications (such as ACCA Part Qualified, CMA, CA Inter, or CPA Part Qualified) will serve as a strong competitive asset during the evaluation pool.
- Proven high-performance professional history driving general ledger control, with 3 to 5 years of broad accounting experience. Having a minimum of 2 years of active, hands-on accounting experience directly inside the UAE market is a mandatory criteria, paired with complete readiness for immediate workspace deployment in Dubai.
- Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities building analytical audit models, drafting cost schedules, and organizing ledger tables inside Microsoft Excel databases.
- Demonstrated operational proficiency operating mainstream ERP setups and contemporary accounting software architectures (including SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Odoo, Tally Prime, Sage 50, or QuickBooks platforms).
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- Accounting principles, general ledger design, accounts payable handling, accounts receivable workflows, and bank reconciliation setups.
- UAE VAT regulations, Federal Tax Authority compliance codes, transactional data structures, and standard reporting practices.
- Financial closing procedures, corporate documentation controls, system-based auditing pathways, and daily workflow alignments.
- Outstanding verbal articulation, writing talents, and interpersonal capabilities, sharp situational problem-solving habits under compressed reporting deadlines, and a collaborative team attitude under a unified corporate management framework.
